Cotard Syndrome-The Suggestion of the Last Days (Pathologically Explicit Recordings)
The long awaited full length fucking album of the Peruvian slammers Cotard Syndrome is finally out with the name of ''The suggestion of the Last Days''! This album is all about slamming, its a 100% Slamming Brutal Death Fucking Metal with all the ingredients that style needs. This slam shit was recorded at BloodStudio and I think Its a really great fucking job except the sound, in my opinion, is a bit uneven from one song to another, but still pretty damn good! The two guitarists Renzo and Junior make a great fuking job except the fact that the riffs are a little bit repetitive and a little lack of creativity, but some of their riffs are absolutely fucking brilliant! Jean on bass gives a good impression and Jorge on vocals is flawless! I dont know if this is true or not drum on the CD but the only thing I can say is that the sound is very pitiful but is still very fucking good if a drum machine was used. The mixing of the album is very well made, all the instruments are advantaged at the same level but the overall sound may seem a little low in power! As I said earlier, the album is a bit repetitive and may seem a bit tedious, but several slam riffs are really fucking well created and some we still stuck in the head that mean that is still very great succeeds. All songs on this disc are good, some are better. but the record for me has a great atmosphere, the riffs follow each other in creating a symbiosis of pure slamming fucking sickness! Despite these few negative points, this is a must for all lovers of slamming coz more of good things in this shit! Very good fucking slamming stuff! 8.5/10
